Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. The Top Training Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Responsibilities - Automotive Technician:- Diagnose the cause of any vehicle malfunction and perform repair including engine, brakes, electrical, heating and A/C and more!
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Communicate with Service Manager and Service Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner.
- Performs job to company standards.
Qualifications - Automotive Technician:- One-year automotive repair related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- State Certifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work hard with limited supervision
- Knowledge of automobiles
