Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. The Top Training Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. This position is responsible for taking orders from customers, preparing specialized coffee drinks, serving doughnuts and handling customer payment, while contributing success of the café environment, by performing the following duties:

Work Environment:
The work environment is a typical coffee shop setting and this position is constantly working in front of a large espresso machine. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extreme heat (non-weather). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employees working at a café with a drive thru may be exposed to both heat and cold (weather related). Safe use of common cleaning agents, such as bleach, can be expected.
The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to walk; reach with hands and arms and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
