Summary of Responsibilities

Stratosphere Quality is currently looking for a Team Leader in the Metro- Detroit area. The team lead will over see the inspection process, assist in project setup, uphold team member expectations, and act as the "go to" person of the shift. The team leader is expected to travel to multiple work sites as new projects arise. This role bridges the gap between our inspectors and supervisors and is a platform to grow into a supervisor level. 

 Rate of pay: $19/hr

Overtime

Weekends

Team Leader Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned location(s) are operating according to standards and requirements, including safety.
• Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
• Manage customer relationships
• Serves as interim acting job leader when project supervisor is unavailable
• Inspects parts
• Leads work of other team members
• Ensures all team members have proper equipment, tools, and gauges; verifies that equipment is signed out
• Communicates with customer/job site contacts as needed on job requirements

Team Leader Job Qualifications & Skills

• Detail orientated
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Valid Drivers License 
• 1 Years of leadership experience
