About the Role
The Senior Manager, Total Rewards is a critical and multifaceted role within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing global compensation, benefits, and payroll, while also serving as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Commercial team. As HRBP for the Commercial team, you will be the primary contact for all HR related matters and align HR strategies and initiatives with the specific needs and objectives of the Commercial team. You will work closely with leaders to ensure that HR practices including but not limited to talent management, performance management and employee relations support the growth and success of the Commercial team.
This role requires expertise to build and enhance core compensation practices and will have a significant impact on shaping our total rewards strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring governance and compliance, and staying ahead of industry best practices.
