Top Total Quality Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's total quality function. Develops and directs quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, and services. Being a Top Total Quality Executive develops budgets and sets strategy for investments in technology and assets. Directs cross functional teams and vendors in implementation of quality programs. Additionally, Top Total Quality Executive incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in the design and implementation of total quality initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to COO or CEO. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Has acquired the business acumen and leadership experience to become a top function or division head. Quality Inspector Job Summary
Quality Inspectors perform various sorting, inspection, production, and data capture. Quality Inspectors work in partnership with our customers to contain and improve quality issues the most efficient way possible. Quality Inspectors work in manufacturing plants, warehouses or other locations where our customers parts are being produced or stored. The location may vary day to day depending on the needs of our customers. Quality Inspector Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Performs various sorting, inspection, production, and data entry
- Reads and follows work instructions, work rules and directions
- Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area
- Uses inspection, measuring and test equipment as required
- Completes required training classes
- Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned
