As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with customers about the service and maintenance needs of their vehicles, including timing and costs for repairs and maintenance.

Duties:
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Greet customers and check-in
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs (using technician recommendations) and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Handle customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto service management, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is preferred
- Quick learner with multi-tasking ability or extremely organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
