Top Total Quality Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's total quality function. Develops and directs quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, and services. Being a Top Total Quality Executive develops budgets and sets strategy for investments in technology and assets. Directs cross functional teams and vendors in implementation of quality programs. Additionally, Top Total Quality Executive incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in the design and implementation of total quality initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to COO or CEO. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. The Quality Control Administrator is responsible for:
- Ensuring that all controlled Quality documents related to the certified system are maintained to the latest ISO issue, and that these documents are made available in the portal ensuring effective functioning of the Quality Management System is performed on the San Antonio site.
- Well aware & familiar with all types of quality documents like Nonconformance reports, Drawings, QCP, NDT, Third-Party Certificates, Internal Reports, and use of ERP systems and other miscellaneous exporting of spreadsheets from an Oracle-based application used in generating key documents.
- Prepare all related documents based on the quality procedures for internal and external review.
- Set up and establish a rigorous plan to have all document reviews on a cadence cycle not to exceed a 36-month cycle.
- Control & maintain the system for issuance recording/filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents like procedures, QA/QC records, specifications, drawings, and related documents.
