Develops and directs quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, and services. Field Sales Account Executive
Total Corporate Solutions is seeking to fill two openings for experienced Outside Field Sales Executives for their Torrance, Ca. Office in our Office Coffee, and Water Filtration Division. Candidate needs to have at least 2 years’ experience in Office Coffee or Water Filtration Outside Sales. With an emphasis on Cold calling and Lead Generation, a successful candidate must also have the ability preform the following Essential Functions,
Essential Functions
· Generates sales through face-to-face contact with prospective customers and existing customers.
· Develops and maintains a continued relationship with current Customers.
· The ability to determine the customer’s needs and suggest a customized solution.
· Meets or exceeds monthly sales goals and objectives through daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
· Takes the initiative to call back on existing customers to maintain the relationship and offer new products through up selling.
· Keeps track of sales efforts and call backs and can prepare for sales meetings to review results and show progress.
· Reports for work on time and maintains a positive attendance record.
Qualifications
· The ability to generate leads through outside sales calls as well as inside cold calling.
· Ability to overcome objections and resell or confirm the sale.
· Excellent communication skills, through phone calls and emails. Speaks clearly and is enthusiastic, has good listening skills, and strong follow up skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as a team with other Sales Reps. Can adapt to changing situations when needed.
· Prior Outside Sales Experience in the Office Coffee or Water Filtration business is a big plus.
· Must be a Team Player.
· The ability to prepare for a Sales meeting with a potential customer with needed information regarding services.
