• managing a team of bonus and compensation specialists (3 people)
• analyzing the effectiveness of existing bonus and compensation programs, development of optimal benefit and incentive systems in the countries where the company operates
• creating and implementing strategies for the development of employee benefits and motivation
• establishing benchmarks and monitoring changes in legislation related to benefits
• participating in the selection of suppliers for the provision of benefits
• budgeting, cost analysis, implementing C&B planning and management tools
• optimizing and implementing automation systems for effective management of C&B

• at least 3 years of experience in the field of C&B / Total Rewards in companies with transparent and well-structured processes (preferably IT, FMCG)
• strong managerial skills and at least 2 years of team management experience
• successful experience in implementing international C&B projects, expertise in working with various geographical locations and formats for providing bonuses
• proficiency in English and Russian—minimum of level B2
