Top Total Quality Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's total quality function. Develops and directs quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, and services. Being a Top Total Quality Executive develops budgets and sets strategy for investments in technology and assets. Directs cross functional teams and vendors in implementation of quality programs.     The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing daily/weekly/monthly work, projects deadlines and deliverables to facilitate goal achievement to achieve goal achievement for those in key leadership positions. Drawing on excellent written and verbal skills as well as expert-level technical skills in MS Word, Excel, Power point and other office software tools, delivers high quality documents and presentations and reports with minimal direction.

    Required qualifications:

    • 2 years of college or business school training or equivalent education/experience.

    • 1 year of project coordination or management or Public relations or Customer Service-based experience.

    • 5 years of minimum in a position equal to executive or administrative assistant, to include advanced computer skills and working knowledge of a variety of software programs and communication vehicles.
