Executive Director of Long Term Health Care Facility / ED

 Quality Care LTC is a fast-growing provider of long-term care throughout the East Coast and Midwest. We are dedicated to our goal of creating compassionate and caring communities where staff, residents and families join hands to overcome their daily challenges. We are now hiring an Executive Director to provide supportive management to our Cincinnati area facility.

The position of Executive Director provides leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The Executive Director functions as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered while team members are supported and empowered. The Executive Director has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the long term care community.

 Qualifications:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or previous Executive Director in LTC experiece 
• At least five years of gradually increasing management responsibility in long term care facillity setting
• Strong management and operation skills
• Strong budgetaring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  Warm, positive and friendly disposition an the ability to work well with others
