Top Total Quality Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's total quality function. Develops and directs quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, and services. Being a Top Total Quality Executive develops budgets and sets strategy for investments in technology and assets. Directs cross functional teams and vendors in implementation of quality programs. Additionally, Top Total Quality Executive incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in the design and implementation of total quality initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to COO or CEO. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Has acquired the business acumen and leadership experience to become a top function or division head. -Turn in paperwork and reports as assigned
-Perform store maintenance such as taking out the garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, stocking shelves, cleaning windows/glass and gun rangesQualifications:
-High School graduate/GED
-Excellent computer skills
-Ability to work calmly under pressure
-Able to pass a background check and drug screen
-Quick learner
-Excellent customer service skills/attitudeAll work takes place inside the retail facility of Top Gun. Work can involve weekday, weekends, holidays, and nights. This job requires standing nearly 100% of the time
Compensation is negotiable based on experience
