Top Sustainability Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's sustainability programs. Designs and develops corporate sustainability strategies to ensure that business practices, products, and services are environmentally friendly and compliant with government rules and regulations. Being a Top Sustainability Executive collaborates with other leaders to implement processes and technologies that reduce the organization's carbon footprint. Promotes and explains the organization's sustainability philosophy to internal and external audiences. Additionally, Top Sustainability Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Assist EHS department to establish and maintain a sustainable working environment for all NAPM associates, while ensuring compliance with all applicable OSHA and EPA regulations as well as all ISO certified standards requirements.

A. Experience
1) At least two years of related work experience
2) At least one year experience conducting associate training classes
