Job Summary Reporting into the IT Business Partner Supply Chain and Finance, the Senior Business Analyst IT Supply Chain serves as a liaison between IT and Supply Chain team on projects and process optimization opportunities related to planning analytics, logistics and continuous improvement projects. This individual should demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, communication, efficiency, and integrity. In addition, the candidate will have the ability and skills for leadership, be self-motivated and possess strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with supply chain planning team members to collect, document, identify and analyze the needs on IPEX data, and make recommendation on opportunities for improvement Collaborate with IT application team, external vendors and supply chain collaborators to test, validate, and implement the solution meets the business needs Act as a supply chain planning subject matter expert to deliver documents including business requirement, meeting minutes, tests scenarios, project progress and training documents Prioritize requirements optimally based on appropriately identified factors and in conjunction with business partners Collaborate with SAP S/4 Hana project team on bridging gaps between SO99 and SAP IBP while implementing projects Ensures that all requirements support the delivery of business value, fulfills goals and objectives and meet partners needs Accompany supply chain planning in the post-project analysis and ensure that observation and recommendations are documented, implemented, and communicated to the management team Develop business requirement documentation, training documentation, support documentation, functional specifications, and other relevant document sets for support of their respective solutions Lead and participate in project related sessions for confirmation of requirements, testing and user approval Identify and communicates risks and issues that may require changes to plans or scope. Support and track warehouse related IT requests and coordinate with internal team to align with timeline and deliveries Qualifications & Experience Education & Certificates University degree or above in supply chain management, engineering, or business. Lean or Six Sigma green belt trained PMP certificate is a plus SAP IBP certificate is a plus Technical Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Operations Management, Logistics or Supply Chain planning 8 years of experience combined supply chain planning, power BI, warehouse operation and continuous improvement Practical experience of SAP IBP, WMS & TMS, and SO99 Experience leading projects from business requirement document through implementation Good communication and influencing skills (up, down, across the organization) Excellent written and oral English skills, French is an asset Ability to influence and craft the decisions of partners (including upper management) by presenting informative project/process related information based on analyses Curiosity and interest to learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and inspire change Ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation skills Key relationships: Frequent communication with both internal and external customers, communicates regularly with employees at all manager/director levels, Collaborates with peers on a periodic basis.
