We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Finance/Supply Chain Management PM Intern. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology as well as finance & supply chain management. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in project management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing various system transformation projects.
• Provide support for projects, including third-party process optimization, asset scrap sales & sustainability, and cables process optimization.
• Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Support project reporting tasks, including creating project plans, maintaining project calendars, and preparing UAT scripts and orientations.
• Gather reporting requirements from business partners.
• Review and analyze reports for accuracy.
• Vet data and ensure quality and reliability.
• Create and maintain documentation of reporting and processes.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise documenatation.
• Engage with fellow interns.
• Volunteer for site activities to build relationships and contribute to a positive intern community.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary program with a preferred focus in finance and or supply chain management.
• Availability between the months of May and September for full-time internship.
• Must reside in the Fargo/Moorhead area, as working from the client location will be necessary.
