Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices, with a focus on optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving lead times. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize lead times, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Forecast demand and develop inventory management strategies to meet customer requirements while minimizing excess inventory.
• Oversee the transportation and distribution of semiconductor products to customers worldwide, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Implement supply chain risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, including advancements in technology and changes in market dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Proven track record of implementing supply chain optimization initiatives and driving measurable results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems and demand planning software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
