The Executive Administrative Assistant reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and supports members of the Executive Leadership Team. Responsibilities entail assisting with specific project deployments, coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, scheduling calendar items, screening calls, composing letters and reports, as well as preparing presentations. The Executive Administrative Assistant is to stay five steps ahead of their leader, tracking all the administrative details, and clearing the path for him to make his greatest contribution to our business. Requirements

Position Responsibilities/Expectations:

• Provide executive support to the CEO.
• Complete critical tasks including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other correspondence/emails, expense reports, and budgets relating to the office of the CEO.
• Solid experience and the ability to handle operating systems, various computer platforms, and Outlook Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts on all matters pertaining CEO and Executive Team.
• Required to provide a high degree of discretion, tact and ability to preserve confidential and sensitive information.
• Serve as a liaison to senior management teams while working independently with a high level of dependability.
• Anticipate the culture and climate of the office and advise the CEO as needed.
• Work on special projects and assignments with others as needed within the organization.
• Plan corporate travel and special events as needed and at the direction of leadership.
• Operate within a budget for all purchases for the office and other staff members.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. A Bachelors Degree is highly desirable

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years administrative, executive-level support, and at least 3 years of office management experience.
