Defines the vision and develops short and long-term goals and strategy that drive the achievement of maximum financial performance. Being a Top Subsidiary Executive builds and leads a team of executives with required expertise and skills to deliver results on the goals and nurtures a culture that supports the organizations objectives. Develops budgets and allocates funding to support the strategy, and adjusts funding based on major expenditures. Additionally, Top Subsidiary Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of parent company. The Top Subsidiary Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Transducer Assembler to join our team at CCM. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling transducer sub-assemblies. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow schematics and instructions. If you have experience in electrical assembly and enjoy working with your hands, we would love to hear from you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble ultrasonic transducer sub-assemblies using written assembly procedures.
- Inert assembled transducers into curing racks for application of epoxy hardener using pneumatic gun.
- After curing, remove transducers from racks and place into bins for post-assembly cleaning and inspection.
- Remove excess epoxy from transducer leads and inspect transducers for defects.
Other Duties
Perform other job duties as assigned by Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
