Job Description Summary Work in alignment with senior leadership to ensure high level activities for the Chief of Staff and executive leadership are identified, prioritized and executed. Job Description Responsibilities Create meeting materials for executive audiences that deliver the business strategy in a clear and effective manner. Contribute and provide guidance to departmental business plans and strategies. Lead special projects as assigned. Provide support on tracking, analyzing and reporting of financial or operational metrics used to determine operational efficiencies, productivity, trends or other measures deemed valuable to the organization. Prepare executive summaries and present results. Develop and/or maintain strategic roadmap and assigned strategic dashboards/tracking mechanisms. Identify integrations across the organization that impact the group. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the executive leadership team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. Eight years of strategic planning experience in a similar environment or in a planning/consultant role. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization to guide in strategic planning fundamentals and plan execution. Analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, tactics and perform root cause analysis. Presentation skills to create and deliver information to a wide audience. Familiarity with project management tools, lifecycles, etc. Proficiency using MS Office tools. Preferred Qualifications Advanced skills in Power Point and Excel Insurance/financial services experience. Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma methodology. Working Conditions Office environment Moderate travel to attend strategic planning sessions. **Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.** The Salary for this position generally ranges between $95,000-$115,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
