The role you’ll contribute:
The Executive Director of Strategic Planning – Operations & Support will be responsible for building, implementing, and managing core processes that will support the development and execution of the AdventHealth Central Florida Division strategic plan. This leader serves in a critical support function that ensures disciplined and standardized processes are in place and that leaders of all levels of the organization are informed of their requirements to develop and execute near and long-range strategies. This individual must possess excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, pragmatic problem-solving skills, strong communications and influencing capabilities, a robust strategy and change management toolkit and a passion to effect change across the organization at the most senior levels. Collaborates with AdventHealth corporate to ensure connectivity between the Central Florida Division and the corporate vision. Serves as a liaison to Regional CEOs as it relates to the development of Regional Strategic plans as well as Divisional SVPs of various functional areas. Reports to the Vice President of Strategic Planning for the Central Florida Division.
