What would you be doing?

• Prepare site layout, hydrologic & hydraulic modeling, and relevant design calculations
• Assist with the management of Land Development Projects involving local municipalities as well as commercial development
• Assist in development of projects scopes of services and price proposals as required. 
• Assist with permitting through various federal, state, and local agencies
• Perform occasional field data collection and site visits

What do you need to bring to the table?

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 2 years’ minimum Land Development and site design experience
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and Hydra-Flow
• Advanced knowledge of land-use planning
• P.E. or E.I.T Certification strongly preferred
