    We are seeking a Senior BPO Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic development and expansion of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. Leveraging your extensive experience in BPO sales and business development, identify and secure new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals.
    • Identify and prioritize key market segments and industries for BPO services.
    • acquire new clients by building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted outreach strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
    • Present proposals effectively, addressing client needs and positioning our BPO solutions as the ideal fit.
    • Lead negotiations to secure favorable contract terms for both clients and the organization.
    • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to identify competitive positioning and areas for expansion.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and forecasting future sales.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and client interactions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Proactively address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
    • Other essential duties related to the position to meet the ongoing needs of the company.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
