Role Expectations
- To support the Chairman for all immediate term, mid-term and long term strategic and operational plans of the company.
- To update, report and assist the Chairman in all matters of financial and administrative and act as point of contact between the Chairman and the leadership teams.
- To help the Chairman in prioritizing the tasks and make better decisions by developing the plan of action based on the business criticality and priorities of Mesabi Project.
- Collaborating with leadership team and share the insight with the Chairman on all aspects of the business.
- To prepare and provide essential information that is pertinent for the Chairman to have, in order to make an informed decision.
- Ensure periodic interaction of CXO's with Chairman and provide them with business updates while tracking the critical activities of annual and long range business plans. Setting up a mechanism for their periodic tracking, monitoring and review for the same.
- Acts as a bridge between the Chairman's office and leadership team for smooth communication; to maintain credibility, trust and support.
MBA or Master's degree in business administration, finance or similar field for consideration from an institute of eminence. Experience
- The candidate must have an experience of at least 5-7 years of experience in an executive or business management role.
- Understanding of Metal & Mining industry would be beneficial.
