We’re looking for a seasoned software salesperson to work closely with revenue leadership and revenue operations to execute our world-class sales methodology, properly forecast new sales numbers, and achieve net/new quota each month. As a data and process-driven organization, you’ll have access to a variety of measurement tools including Salesforce, InsightSquared, and HubSpot. You will work closely with our team of Business Development Representatives and Marketers to ensure that we can deliver all the way through the sales conversion funnel. The Day-to-Day
- You’ll position the value of HubSpot’s software and the Inbound methodology to Mid-Market (up to 200 employees) or Corp/Enterprise businesses (200 employees).
- You’ll accept leads from the Business Development Representative (BDR) and further qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if HubSpot can be a strategic investment for their business growth.
- Leverage your existing contacts/relationships to create new leads outside of New Breed’s lead flow.
- Drive all client meetings and presentations, create proposals, and be the “face” of New Breed to prospective customers.
- Guide prospects through the New Breed sales cycle, closing business at or above quota level.
- Track and update opportunities in the pipeline daily, maintain good pipeline hygiene discipline and forecast accurately.
Within 90 Days You Will
- Participate in our robust onboarding process and role-based training.
- Begin generating pipeline through existing contacts/relationships and through outbound networking.
- Schedule consultative calls to determine prospects’ needs, gaps, and opportunities. Effectively manage and report on pipeline and monthly forecasts with sales leadership.
Within 6 Months You Will
- Pursue opportunities to close, including all activities necessary to obtain client signatures and book deals.
- Consistently source deals and run your sales process independently.
- Start to see bookings from existing business clients and surface next-sell opportunities.
Within 1 Year You Will
- Have a consistent flow of renewal and next-sell opportunities from existing business accounts as you continue to sell new business.
- Be in a good groove with mastery of the sale, deep product knowledge, consistent revenue, and a reliable forecast.
Who You Are
- You have relevant consulting/services sales experience in a CRM-centric environment (HubSpot and/or Salesforce).
- You understand HubSpot/CRM-related functions and how they are used by various roles in client companies.
- Posses a deep understanding of ICP and appropriate buying personas.
- You have strong negotiation skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in an independent setting.
- You build trust through professionalism, operating both ethically and credibly.
