We're seeking to hire a Social Service Specialist Supervisor for our Residential Care Case Management (RCCM) Team in Region 2 North. This role functions independently as a first-line supervisor of a Social Services Specialist 3 unit located in Snohomish County in Region 2 North. This is a specialized social service position within Home and Community Services (HCS) working with clients in residential settings.
Home and Community Services is a division of our Aging and Long Term Support Administration (ALTSA) that promotes, plans, and develops long-term care services for people over age 18 with disabilities and our elderly population. Those we serve includes a population of high risk, elderly/frail, vulnerable persons who might have complex barriers requiring additional case support, resources, and creativity to help our clients reach their community living goals.
This role supports the ALTSA mission to transform lives by promoting choice, independence, and safety through innovative services.
This role is responsible for motivating staff, monitoring workflow, training staff, and ensuring the team is providing the best customer services possible, honoring client choice, and providing Long-Term care services.
Partial telework is an option for this role. Travel is required.
