Our ideal candidate would:

·       Have 2 years of high-volume culinary management experience

·       Create memorable dining experiences for guests by going above and beyond

·       Manage shifts using on-the-fly decision making and effective communication

·       Perform steadily and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen

·       Demonstrate well rounded understanding of ingredients and flavor profiles

·       Ensure adherence to recipes, safety practices and sanitation standards in the kitchen 

·       Understand ordering and inventory management systems

·       Lead, teach, and encourage the culinary team. Must be an excellent communicator and even better listener!

·       Strive for and inspire continuous improvement
