Phase III Sales and Merchandising Associate
General Summary: This position will consist of visiting independently owned hardware stores to merchandise planograms and promotional displays and assisting in sales functions.
Job Requirements:
Starting salary: Varies based on experience. Paid monthly (by the last Friday of every month).
Phase III merchandising assistants are exempt, 1099 contract employees, and no benefits are available. No taxes are taken out of the monthly salary.
It is the responsibility of the merchandising assistant to cover the cost of the vehicle, vehicle maintenance, and gasoline unless approved by the Phase III Regional Associate. No phone or internet is provided.
Travel costs are reimbursed at the discretion of the Phase III Regional Associate.
Vacation time is available depending on workload and upon approval of the Phase III Regional Associate.
