Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Duties:

- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures

- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and making recommendations

- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Process returns and exchanges according to company guidelines

- Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent theft and loss

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:

- Experience operating cash registers or POS systems

- Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus

- Bilingual skills (if applicable)

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.22 - $12.77 per hour
