Top Sales Executive provides leadership to the sales organization and develops the overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Top Sales Executive oversees goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Top Tier Solar Solutions is seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Bountiful, UT area. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, results-driven individual who excels at closing sales and has a strong desire to help others. This position is responsible for prospecting for new business and generating leads from various sources including customer generated leads, cold calling, and networking.
Essential Functions:
·Be responsible for prospecting for new business and generating leads from various sources including customer generated leads, cold calling, and networking.
·Be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
·Maintain accurate records of sales activity and lead generation activities.
·Maintain current knowledge of current industry trends.
·Maintain an understanding of all products offered by the company.
·Maintain an understanding of Top Tier Solar Solutions products and services.
·Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager or Director of Sales Management.
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. College Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
·Previous sales experience in the Automotive Industry desired.
·Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
