Top Sales Executive provides leadership to the sales organization and develops the overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Top Sales Executive oversees goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Additionally, Top Sales Executive collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Sales Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with technical sales experience and a passion for building relationships with clients.

    Responsibilities:
    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
    - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
    - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
    - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
    - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
    - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
    - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
    - Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads

    Qualifications:
    - Proven experience in technical sales or business development
    - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills
    - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
    - Fluency in Spanish is a plus

So the buying process is the same, more difficult certainly.  The shift will be in the buyer’s perceptions and balancing of performance, image and price is going to change dramatically for the next several years.  Consumer preferences will shift and so will business buyer’s.  If your sales presentation was about performance & image and you dismissed pricing as an issue, you are going to have a very difficult time in the coming months.
