Top Sales Executive provides leadership to the sales organization and develops the overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Top Sales Executive oversees goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Additionally, Top Sales Executive collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Sales Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     Sales Gravy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, motivated, and capable of ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly, especially as they travel extensively.     In this position, you will:

    • Manage complex calendars and schedules, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and event organizers, ensuring clear and timely communication
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
    • Assist in the preparation and logistics for all deliverables, including client meetings, travel accommodations, and materials preparation
    • Support special projects, initiatives, and events, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and tracking progress as well as collaborating with other employees to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects and deliverables
    • Support COO & VP in related capacities and operations as needed
    • Additional responsibilities as needed

    What you’ll bring:

    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-discipline to work independently and effectively in an unstructured environment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills. of people easily, effectively, and with poise on the phone, through email, and online chat.
    • Proficient with technology and great with time management
    • Must be able to work well under pressure at times.
    • A robust work ethic, openness to feedback, and a self starter
