    Summary of Position

     

    The Top Golf Attendant will assist in Bar, Busser, Drink Runner, Guest Service and Host duties.

    • Can explain how to request help from others when needed to complete task or goal.
    • Has complete knowledge and can tell others of IMGR&C products and services.
    • Provide guests with directions or other venue information. Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.

    • Reports all situations to Supervisor or Manager where resort grounds or equipment do not meet IMGR&C standards.

    • Responsible for maintaining and assisting guesting with safety instructions for the Top Golf Bays.
    • Maintaining the beverages and inventory.
    • Answering phone calls and taking reservations.
    • Cashiering and providing the best guest service experience to our customers.

    • High School Diploma/ GED, Bar experience, Golfing experience, Cashier experience, and Basic computer skills.
