• Associate or bachelor's degree; or five years of relevant experience either as: Executive Assistant; board coordinator; Corporate Secretary; legal secretary, legal assistant or paralegal.
• Seasoned administrative professional with minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative support position.
• Must possess strong computer application skills including Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
