Three to five (3-5) years quality and / or risk management experience preferred. Experience in risk management, both court room experience and trial preparation experience, preferred. Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and/or Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred. RN licensed to practice nursing in required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required. Excellent customer service skills required. Excellent organizational skills required. High level critical thinking skills and problem resolution skills required. Computer skills with word processing, graphics, presentation tools, and data base programs required. In depth knowledge of Joint Commission standards, Federal / State laws / regulations required. Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities and deadlines required. Presentation skills required.
