Identify and engage with multiple decision-makers (Identifying technology needs, pain points, and challenges) Drive customer value and sales and services revenue within the assigned territory Produce and deliver on a strategy while working autonomously, often independently, while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders Manage and support KR project and product partner relationships (Cisco, Rockwell, Panduit, Hubbell Premise, Fluke Networks, etc.) Oversee collaboration between Management, Sales, Specialists, Vendor Partners, and Ecosystem (System Integrators and Contractors) on end-user opportunities and strategic engagements. Long Term:  Achieve “Trusted Advisor” status within key accounts   Nice to Have: Bachelor’s Degree in a high-tech field. 10 Plus Years of Industrial Automation & Information Technology/Enterprise & Data Center Infrastructure sales experience. Industrial/Network Distribution Experience working in a variety of verticals: Industrial (Pharma, Food and beverage, Heavy Industry, Automotive), Education, Healthcare, Data Center/Colocation, Contractor, and integrator. Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM skills. BICSI RCDD or Equivalent Industry certification.    KR Product Focus: Industrial Ethernet Physical & Logical Solutions, Optical Fiber, UTP Copper, Managed Ethernet Switches, Data Center Hardware, Wireless, PoE, UPS & PDU’s, Cooling, Cabinets & Enclosures, Network Assessment & Design Services, Network Management Software, Tooling & Test Equipment.   Focused Industries Served: Commercial Real Estate (Property Management), FinTech (Financials), K-12 & Higher Education, Consumer Packaged Goods (Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical), Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Heavy Industry, Automotive, Education, Healthcare & Institutional, Data Center/Colo, Warehouse/Distribution, Electrical/Data Contractor & Industrial Automation & Network Integrator.   What is the work and travel schedule? Traditional work schedule, M-F, 8a-5p.  At times, customer engagements, project and market requirements may dictate an untraditional work schedule, during evenings and weekends. Weekly client visits with infrequent overnight stays in any given month. Stipend provided for vehicle and mileage.
