ABOUT YOU
You are accountable for the risk management operations of the company to include the integration of risk concepts into strategic planning. You are responsible to ensure the company maintains insurance coverage required to adequately protect the value and viability of company assets, ensures the company complies with outside regulatory and licensing requirements applicable to its real estate and hospitality operations, and oversight of the company’s property tax compliance program. You will be accountable to the executive leadership team to assess risk and reward as it pertains to operations compliance and insurable risks.
