The ideal candidate has a love for problem-solving and thinking outside of the box is a licensed real estate executive assistant to join our amazing team at our Waxahachie office. This person is:

• assertive, outgoing, extremely organized, detailed, ambitious, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
• one who navigates well amongst multiple assignments, executes timely, and compartmentalizes priorities.
• a self-starter and are able to perform assignments with little instruction.

Skillful written and verbal communication are a must. This person can confidently convey messages on behalf of the Team Leader. Making connections via phone calls daily to vendors, clients, and collaborators excites them!

$18 - $22 hourly

• General administrative duties to assist Team Leader
• Maintain organization of CRM and Google Drive
• Manage & upkeep Google Site(s)
• Prepare weekly meetings & reports for Team Leader & Team (Including CTE)
• Manage Updates to Vendors, Clients, & Customer Experience Team
• Check team voicemail and respond
• Check team text messages and respond
• Send emails and texts for team as needed
• Make outbound calls to vendors, clients, and collaborators
• Conduct Team Meetings and alternate taking notes during Consultations
• Compose written reminders for upcoming consultations
• Enter basic updates in our various portals
• Manage On and Off-boarding of vendors, clients, team members, & collaborators
• Manage tasks lists for team and Team Leader daily / weekly
• Offer accountability & support to ensure completion of weekly tasks
• Research & share content with Team & Members via various Communication Tools
• Coordinating team deliveries (postcards, gifts, etc.) via mail
• Organize quarterly "pop by" appreciation events for our clients
• Manage Team Leader's Calendar & help to protect time-blocks
• Assist with Team and Agent Business Planning
Convey weekly updates to Team

• Communicates well, both verbally and written
• Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
• Must have a valid Real Estate License

• Experience working in a Real Estate CRM
• Must have a positive, upbeat attitude to make outbound phone calls
• Excellent Verbal Communication skills
• Exceptional Text Messaging skills
• STRONG Follow-up & Follow-through skills
• Work with the level of urgency needed in the real estate industry
• Must be able to work one-on-one with a very productive Team Leader
• Work in our Waxahachie office Monday-Friday
