The challenge lies in finding individuals willing to invest the requisite effort. Mastery in this field is an extensive journey, often requiring 10,000 hours of dedication. Many newcomers have misconceptions of immediate success and glamour, influenced by reality TV shows like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset.     We are in search of driven, passionate individuals who are ready to commit at least 40 hours a week to build a thriving career in real estate without limits.     Responsibilities

    • Graduate from PLACE Launch
    • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
    • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
    • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
    • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
    • Conduct two open houses monthly
    • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
    • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
    • Participate in team activities per team standards
    • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
    • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
    • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

    Qualifications

    You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
