Position Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Coordination
a. Review documentation with an eye for detail
b. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a seamless transaction
c. Work closely with the title company and lender to ensure clear title, closing, and
other contract dates are adhered to
d. Help all parties with escrow-required paperwork as necessary
e. Manage document storage to ensure compliance
f. Coordinate with vendors
g. Execute pre- and post-contract checklists
2. Database Management
a. Manage and update CRM
b. Plan and coordinate client appreciation events
c. Execute card, mailing and gifting programs
3. Email and Calendar Management
a. Manage incoming daily email
b. Schedule and confirm appointments
c. Prepare necessary materials for appointments
d. Provide daily task focus
4. Office Management
a. Replenish office supplies
b. Answering the office phone
c. Mail runs
d. Personal errands as needed
