Position Overview:

Do you love real estate and want to see what it is like to work in this field? We are looking for a full-time Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This person is extremely client-focused, personable and creates opportunities for our agent sales team by showing properties and having diligent communication with our database of leads. This individual is a quick learner that is organized, reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. They are service driven with a positive attitude, and able to offer over-the-top customer service in every task performed. If you're a social "people-person" with an ambitious, vibrant, and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we're interested in speaking with you!

Responsibilities:

• This role revolves 100% around service – your main job is to grow relationships between our team and clients.
• Be knowledgeable and well versed in potential homes, and our local community to be able to answer questions from clients.
• Assist agents with scheduling, coordinate property showings with clients, speak with clients over the phone with energy and positivity, and communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Conduct property showings independently, showcasing features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Follow up with clients after showings to gather feedback and answer any questions.
• Promptly return all client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service.
• Collaborate with agents to identify and pursue opportunities for inside sales, including lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of showings, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Assists in entering data and scripting into our CRM platforms.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including managing paperwork, responding to inquiries, and maintaining databases.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and other events to stay informed and contribute to the success of the team.
• Create relationships and build rapport with new potential and past clients
• Communicate with clients with a combination of phone calls, text messages and emails.
• Effectively communicate as needed with ISA Team and agents
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• No Real Estate experience is required. But must obtain your Iowa Real Estate License for employment – we will show you how!
• Must be a servant leader and 100% dedicated to excellent customer service to our clients and team
• Must fit the Amy Wienands Real Estate core values and mission statement
• Prompt & strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with the ability to be coached & take and improve skills with feedback.
• Techonologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Can spend a lot of time driving, so a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
