We are currently searching for a highly motivated Real Estate Specialist to join our Midwest Region in our Springfield, IL office.

What you need to have:

• Experience in the Real Estate industry
• Illinois Real Estate Salesperson license preferred
• Ability to obtain an Illinois Notary license
• Ability to read and interpret title commitments and right of way plats/plans
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to foster a strong working relationship with clients
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent analytical skills
