Banking Product Manager JOB SUMMARY:
The Banking Product Manager is responsible for the development and management of the Bank's products and determination of product pricing. Develops new products and enhances current products to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and meet customer needs.
Banking Product Manager ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Oversees competitive product and pricing analyses, monitor and analyze market trends, and assist in product positioning.
- Develops, maintains and implements Commercial, Private Banking, and Treasury Management product roadmaps.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to prioritize resources, build, test, and launch new products/product enhancements, and ensure optimal performance of the assigned products and services.
- Develops product pricing and positioning strategies, tracking key metrics to validate success.
- Builds and executes internal and external campaigns focused on product and strategic growth.
- Stays current on market and regulatory trends related to banking, utilizing findings to develop strategic product positioning.
- Develops and delivers product training and sales materials to enable the sales team to effectively position and sell Bank products and services.
- Works closely with service and delivery team to identify and address issues.
- Assists with product related requests from internal audit, risk, and compliance departments, and facilitate the annual RDC recertification and ACH limit review and renewal process.
- Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department. Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules.

Banking Product Manager REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of Commercial, Treasury, and Private Banking products, policies, procedures, regulations, internal controls, and best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing, sales, financial, and leadership principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, organizational, time management, and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze trends, processes and procedures and develop innovative and effective solutions for improved performance.

Equivalent Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or equivalent years' experience.
- 2-4 years of banking or product management experience.
- AAP or CTP certification preferred
