Overview
After 3-4 years in the industry, the Sr. Account Executive plays a more senior role on the account management team and demonstrates critical thinking skills to identify program needs and provide recommended solutions. The SAE is dialed in to the competitive landscape and has a firm grasp on the client’s category, industry, and business. The SAE is learning to push creative ideas further and is beginning to evaluate client assignments and briefs with a strategic eye. The SAE is capable of drawing conclusions and pushing for the “so what?” – drawing implications and writing an agency point of view.
The Sr. Account Executive is both reliable and accountable. This person is executing day-to-day ‘A and B’ level projects with minimal supervision, and collaborating effectively with business leadership and clients. The SAE is capable of bringing fresh ideas to the table while also ensuring all key details are accounted for with a backup plan.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the marketing and promotional industry
Physical Demands: Attending indoor/outdoor events may include lengthy walking, long event hours and strenuous activity such a lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
Specific Skills: Microsoft Office (proficient to excellent)

Supervisory Responsibilities: Depending on the client, this role may have some supervisory responsibilities overseeing an AAE or interns.
Working Conditions: Typically an office setting. Travel may include attending meetings at client offices, industry conferences or events. When attending events, setting may be indoors or outdoors.
Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required during busy planning and execution times. This may include travel on evenings and weekends.
Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
