    You Are:

    A seasoned SAP Retail practitioner, with experience working with and helping fortune 500 Retail clients meet the challenges of modernizing and digitizing their functional capabilities enabled by SAP technologies. You possess broad transformation and industry experience, and a strong understanding of SAP functional skills. You can lead projects and teams, as well as dive into the details of the solution and work plans. You are a good story teller, with proven communication and executive presence skills and are as comfortable inspiring teams as you are presenting to the C-suite.     The Work:

    • Use your fashion and/or retail industry and functional expertise to decipher clients needs in retail merchandising and operations
    • Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on leveraging leading retail practices using SAP to build state-of-the-art retail merchandising and operations solutions powered by SAP tools such as CAR & MAP.
    • Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term fashion or retail vision to life
    • Grow Accentures Retail SAP S&C practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts
    • Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture Retail S&C practice by continuing to build your own and your teams expertise in SAP
    • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

    Basic Qualifications:

    • At least 8 years of experience in the retail industry at an external Consulting firm or on internal projects in the Corporate Retail Industry including experience focused on organizational transformations in SAP within large organizations.
    • Bachelor's Degree

    Professional skills requirement:

    • Financial and operations acumen
    • Value realization lead: translating continuous improvements initiatives previously identified with a SAP S/4 road-map (migration from ECC to a S/4)
    • Business Impact mindset. Ability to capture real impact (incremental revenues, cost efficiencies, etc.) according to a declared business case in Tier-1 Companies
    • Proven experiences working with C-Level in Tier-1 Companies
    • Apply consulting thought leadership and influence client agendas at large extent through deep expertise and insight.
    • Partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues within area of expertise. Pioneer and growth new strategy practices and/or complex assets and offerings while developing the most talented resources. Possess credibility in the market through expertise in one or more strategic areas and enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation
    • Working in the intersection of Business and Technology
    • Proven experience managing teams in a consulting environment.

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

    Colorado $161,200 to $375,000
