Requirements for Special Assets/Workout:
Seasoned Banking Special Assets/Workout Specialist with 8-10 years of experience in commercial (70%) and SBA (30%) liquidation
Proficient in hands-on loan servicing, preferably with a focus on the Dallas market (position is office-based, no remote work)
Ability to travel approximately 20% as required
Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer interaction, finesse, and understanding demeanor
Must currently work for a Community Bank that is $1B
Mortgage candidates will not be considered for this position
