Roles & Responsibilities

1. Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best, and we own it. 
2. Manage development item setup and product data for assigned product categories. Own the timely and accurate proofing of all publications and deliverables, referencing up-to-date development proofing task ownership.
3. Develop line extensions, product improvements and new products including competitor product analysis and research, SWOT analysis, focus groups, product specs and configurations, product testing and protocols, partnering with other stakeholders, color approvals, etc.
4. Effectively meet product development timelines to ensure product hand-offs are on time and on budget. Support product strategies in daily product panels, ensuring product direction stays on course for overall strategy.
5. Participate and support department/team/company priority projects as assigned.
6. Partner with Supply Chain to ensure smooth collaboration.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent working experience. 
2. Possess strong research/observation skills, be focused, have the ability to multi-task, follow-through, and work within time and budget constraints.
3. High degree of initiative and ability to work both independently and as a member of an agile team to execute team objectives. 
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Critical thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
