STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The Executive Dean plays a vital leadership role at Bristol Community College, working closely with the Vice President of Academic Affairs and other senior leaders to ensure the integrity, innovation, and excellence of academic programs and services. The Executive Dean provides strategic direction, oversight, and support for academic initiatives and the strategic plan. The Executive Dean ensures appropriate management of the Academic Affairs office and provides primary support for Academic Affairs office staff and Directors while supporting key work in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

SALARY: Minimum hiring salary $117,967.94 - 130,214.53; actual salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
