ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to meet the organization's talent needs in North America.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and preferences.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present recommendations to hiring managers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• 5 years of Recruiting Experience (Required)
• Proven experience in leading successful recruitment efforts across North America.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
