The Client Finance Associate functions as a support person to the Client finance team, as well as the Client Services teams. This position must exemplify all SIRVA’s core values always.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Assist with Client Finance department with administrative duties as needed, including filing and scanning.
• Responsible for initiation set up in Client Finance systems.
• Responsible for basic Client billing functions.
• Assist Relocation Tax Specialists with special projects such as year-end functions.
• Assist the training department as requested/as needed.
• Audit and enter vendor expenses in to the client finance expense system. Also, enter vendor-related Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable items including fees and expenses.
