Currently, they are seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator. This presents an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting their Talent Acquisition team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and managing conference room bookings.
    • Ensuring a positive candidate experience by facilitating seamless interview processes, including in-person and virtual meetings.
    • Providing candidates with clear itineraries and handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinating Zoom interviews with candidates, hiring teams, and talent acquisition partners.
    • Corresponding with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintaining candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse.
    • Facilitating post-interview communication and gathering feedback from interviewers and candidates.
    • Assisting with reference checks and background verifications as needed.
    • Collaborating closely with Human Resources and IT to ensure successful onboarding experiences.
    • Supporting ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and generating related reports.
    • Working with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are accurate and compelling.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience in a professional setting.
    • Interest in building a career in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Proactive approach with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across various departments and levels of the organization.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
